Steps to make 轻乳酪蛋糕

  • 1.先看看烤箱的外观,是不是很大气时尚。
  • 2.新烤箱拿回来后,先用湿软布将里外擦干净,然后将烤箱设温到200度,加热30分钟,有助于去除烤箱的异味。
  • 3.现在我们来做蛋糕吧,将奶酪、酸奶、白醋和淡奶油倒在搅拌机里。
  • 4.搅拌至顺滑状态。
  • 5.搅拌好的奶酪糊倒入大碗里,放入蛋黄,拌匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉,拌匀,入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 7.蛋白加糖搅打至湿性发泡状态。
  • 8.和奶酪糊分两至三次翻拌均匀。
  • 9.模具四周抹一些油,将奶酪蛋糕糊倒入。
  • 10.如果是活体蛋糕模,需要用锡纸包上,烤盘内倒入清水,将蛋糕模放入。
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱烘焙,烤好的蛋糕放凉后,入冰箱冷藏,冷藏后的蛋糕口感更佳。
