自制椹果果酱
椹果,是桑树所结的果实,因其营养丰富,药用价值很高,被称为民间圣果。它的主要功效是:补肝,益肾,熄风,滋液。治肝肾阴亏,消渴,便秘,目暗,耳鸣,瘰疬,关节不利。 在营养方面桑葚有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老。

Steps to make 自制椹果果酱

  • 1.紫椹,约是1斤多,加糖的份量,最好根据自己的喜好。
  • 2.加少许盐在盆里,泡一会儿,洗上几次,看盆底没有土就干净了,但是也不宜洗的次数太多,糖分也会洗掉的。
  • 3.捞出控水后,剪成小碎块,或者用料理机打碎。
  • 4.加80克白糖,拌匀后,静置1小时。
  • 5.使用无油的锅,倒入腌过的椹果。
  • 6.盖上锅盖,大火煮开后,转小火,不用加水,煮制过程会出一些水,期间翻拌几次。
  • 7.用锅铲不断翻拌,并挤压椹果,使果粒散开,至汤汁渐少,即可关火。
  • 8.提前准备好容器,用开水煮或者烫一下,晾干。待果酱晾凉,装瓶,完全凉透后放冰箱冷藏。
