Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.把买回来的虾先剪去虾枪和虾脚。
  • 2.然后在虾背上划刀,抽出泥肠。
  • 3.全部完成后清洗干净。
  • 4.锅中放适量油,放入老姜爆香。
  • 5.倒入洗干净的虾,翻炒。这一步要把虾爆透。
  • 6.然后倒入料酒、生抽和少许水,最后加入糖调味。
  • 7.等到汁差不多的时候就可以出锅了,出锅前撒上葱花,即可。
