蔓越莓曲奇
非常喜欢曲奇特有的那份香酥的口感,其实曲奇是很适合新手入门的小点心,原料比较简单,味道好,成功率还挺高,能让初学者尽快建立自信心。打发黄油包裹了足够的空气,其带来的酥松感是其他手法不能及的,入口即化,老少皆宜,再搭配上酸甜的蔓越莓果干,在甜蜜中又添一丝丝酸,果干略有嚼头,还毫无油腻感,超提味。忍不住吃了好多块,真的是欲罢不能。

  • 低筋面粉230克
  • 蔓越莓干70克
  • 糖粉110克
  • 黄油150克
  • 鸡蛋液1个

Steps to make 蔓越莓曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入糖粉
  • 2.用打蛋器搅打至体积膨松成羽毛状
  • 3.分次加入蛋液拌匀
  • 4.将面粉过筛后分次进黄油糊内,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 5.加入蔓越莓干,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 6.将面团包上保鲜膜
  • 7.利用纸盒整形成长方形的条状,放冰箱冷藏至硬
  • 8.取出变硬的面团,用刀切成5毫米的簿片
  • 9.整齐的排放在烤盘上,注意饼干中要留有空隙
  • 10.烤箱预热至上火180度,下火170度,中层,烘烤约15分钟
