  • 生抽2匙
  • 味精1匙
  • 孜然粒孜然粉少许
  • 桂皮1块
  • 朝天椒3个
  • 香叶2片
  • 老抽1匙
  • 1匙
  • 茴香少许

Steps to make 牛肉干

  • 1.牛肉切1.5厘米左右见方块,用冷水反复泡洗干净。另准备一锅清水,冷水下锅煮净血沫子,捞出反复冲洗干净,如图待用。
  • 2.如图准备材料。
  • 3.另起一锅冷水,要没过全部食材的量,下肉,放入图2和我前面材提及的所有材料(生抽老抽糖味精盐等那些)大火烧开,转中小火煮,盖盖儿。
  • 4.直到汤汁全部收干,放入盘子里。
  • 5.自然风干后即可食用哦!ps:如果比较着急的话,此步骤后可放烤箱200度预热后加热10-15分钟,就可立即享用喽~只是用烤箱烘出来的牛肉干外皮要比自然风干的略硬一点点哦!
  • 6.这个就是我自然风干一宿后的效果啦,是不是卖相不错呢~
