Steps to make 白萝卜素炸丸子

  • 1.白萝卜洗干净,去皮,用擦丝器擦成丝,放入盐,用筷子搅拌均匀,静置片刻。
  • 2.待萝卜丝变软,出水后,放入十三香、鸡蛋、生姜、大葱,用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 3.放入面粉,继续搅拌均匀。
  • 4.锅中放入适量油。
  • 5.用勺子挖一勺,用筷子适当塑型。
  • 6.油7分热后放入塑好型的丸子,中大火慢慢炸,注意火不要太大,以防炸糊了,可以适当调节。
  • 7.炸至表面金黄后,盛出,控干油,放入盘中即可。
