  • 1.买来的槐花择洗干净
  • 2.用自来水冲洗几遍,洗去尘土
  • 3.打入两个鸡蛋
  • 4.加盐拌匀
  • 5.加入少许面粉
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.不粘锅倒少许油,倒入槐花鸡蛋液均匀压扁小火慢煎
  • 8.底面煎黄后,翻面继续小火煎另一面
  • 9.两面煎黄后铲出即可
