拉丝白土司
拉丝白吐司,口感柔软绵,组织非常好。放入保鲜袋几天都不会硬。在拍照的过程中不知不觉地被我吃了三分之一。想减肥都减不了。

  • 棉白糖55g
  • 高筋面粉265g
  • 牛奶110g(水)
  • 蛋白70g
  • 黄油30g
  • 酵母3g
  • 1.5g

Steps to make 拉丝白土司

  • 1.除黄油外其它所有材料到入面包机桶内。软至扩张阶段。
  • 2.基础扩张后加入室温融化的黄油
  • 3.揉至能拉出薄薄的手套膜
  • 4.取出搅拌棒,把面团整圆,进行第一次发酵。发酵至2.5倍大小。大概50分钟左右
  • 5.发酵好的面团
  • 6.倒出排气,分成3份,盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 7.松弛好后将面团擀成牛舌状。
  • 8.从上往下卷好
  • 9.依次擀好,擀保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 10.重复7的步骤。取一个面团擀成牛舌状
  • 11.重复8的步骤从上往下卷好
  • 12.放入模具
  • 13.放入烤箱,烤箱里放一碗温水。进行第二次发酵
  • 14.发到9分满即可预热烤箱180度
  • 15.盖上盖子放入预热好的烤箱180度35分钟
  • 16.出炉
  • 17.美美的
  • 18.撕开看看组织很好哦
  • 19.拉丝也不错
  • 20.一边撕一边吃很爽,奶味很浓。不知不觉被我吃了三分之一了。
