  • 2.豆腐捣烂成泥状。

  • 4.取适量放在手心,按扁成圆形,填入肉馅,慢慢包裹成球状。
  • 5.依次摆入盘中。
  • 6.开锅放入蒸笼,大火蒸10分钟。
  • 7.锅中倒入高汤,烧开放入豆腐丸,撒盐和味精,煮3到5分钟,出锅前淋入香油即可。
