[荷美尔] 迷你脆底小比萨
这次收到何美尔的培根满满一小箱,迫不及待的打开,做了几道菜,真是太棒了,先烤了一个小比萨,满屋子都是香味,又用培根炒了个饭,也好吃到爆。还做了培根金针菇卷,金针菇顺滑爽脆的口感加上培根浓郁的香气,简直太棒了!

  • 鲜玉米40克
  • 培根50克
  • 马苏里拉芝士100克
  • 番茄酱少许

Steps to make [荷美尔] 迷你脆底小比萨

  • 1.豌豆和鲜玉米粒清洗干净后沥干水分,培根切成小块、小番茄横着切块。马苏里拉芝士条提前拿出来室温解冻。
  • 2.2片土司面包片切成圆形。
  • 3.在面包片上刷少许番茄酱。
  • 4.在刷了番茄酱的面包片上先铺一层薄薄的芝士,然后放上豌豆、玉米粒和培根以及小番茄,最上层在铺些芝士,放入烤箱170度,大概15分钟即可。(各家烤箱功率大小不一,烤箱时间和温度仅供参考)
