椰汁果果西米露
西米,又叫做西谷米,最为传统的是从西谷椰树的木髓部提取的淀粉,经过手工加工制成。西米,在中国广东等沿海地区,也叫做沙谷米、沙弧米。产于南洋群岛一带,西米质净色白者名真珠西谷,白净滑糯,营养颇丰。

今天晒个简单省时省力又省心的西米露给大家尝尝,窍门就在于使用的锅具哦。

Steps to make 椰汁果果西米露

  • 1.西米3把(用手量)、椰汁适量、水果适量、白糖适量。.
  • 2.把西米洗净浸泡5分钟,再沥干水分备用.
  • 3.锅里放半锅水煮开,下西米煮边煮边搅拌防止粘锅(最好是用砂锅煮,一会能直接焖熟,省燃气又省心).
  • 4.西米露煮开就关火,盖上锅盖焖20分钟
  • 5.再打开锅盖,看西米都快熟了,只有一点点小白点了。
  • 6.加入一杯清水继续烧开,再烧3分钟关火盖上锅盖又焖20分钟。
  • 7.20分钟后开盖看,已经全煮熟了。
  • 8.将煮好的西米捞出泡入一大碗凉开水中,沥干水分备用。
  • 9.取一个碗加入适量白糖。
  • 10.再加适量的椰粉。
  • 11.加入开水冲开,调成椰汁。
  • 12..取适量煮好的西米倒入椰汁搅拌均匀,吃的时候加入自己喜欢的水果或果酱即可(喜欢冰冷的可放冰箱冰冻一下)
