  • 1.香菇切粒,猪肉碎用胡椒粉,糖,生抽腌制十分钟。
  • 2.猪肉碎炒香,加一块腐乳同煮。
  • 3.加入香菇粒,翻炒均匀。
  • 4.加两勺橄榄菜,继续翻炒。
  • 5.绢豆腐直接在包装盒里用小刀划成小块,倒入煮锅。
  • 6.豆腐非常易碎,不可翻炒,轻轻摇晃煮锅,混合均匀。加三大勺高汤,加盐调味,大火收汁,勾芡。
  • 7.完结撒葱。
