    • 1.里脊肉切成薄片,将肉打松一些。
    • 2.凉肉切成小条儿,加腌料搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟。
    • 3.豆皮过热水烫一下,切成均匀方块。
    • 4.均匀摆盘。
    • 5.大葱取葱白部分,切成细丝,摆放盘中。
    • 6.热锅冷油,下肉丝煸炒变色,盛出。
    • 7.不要炒太久,变色就可以了,一定要沥干水分。
    • 8.锅内放甜面酱,加葱姜水熬开,加糖,倒入肉丝,翻炒几下就可以出锅了。
    • 9.撒上芝麻,完成。
