蒜汁菠菜面

Steps to make 蒜汁菠菜面

  • 1.将大蒜、小米椒剁碎,放入碗中,浇上热油,呲出蒜香味,再放入盐、生抽、陈醋、味精,搅拌均匀,即成调味汁。

  • 3.取适量菠菜,切碗放入果汁机中,加少许水,打成菠菜汁。
  • 4.用菠菜汁和面,醒好后擀成面片,切成自己喜欢的面条。
  • 5.煮面。
  • 6.将煮好的面用凉开水投凉,放入碗中。
  • 7.放上黄瓜丝和煎鸡蛋。
  • 8.淋上调味汁,搅拌均匀。
