  • 1.八爪鱼清洗干净,切条形
  • 2.青红椒切圈,蒜头切末,姜切丝
  • 3.锅中放水烧开,放姜丝,米酒,下八爪鱼焯1分钟
  • 4.捞起冲凉水备用
  • 5.热锅放油,下配料下去煸香
  • 6.下八爪鱼下去炒一下下1分钟左右
  • 7.调1勺黄豆酱,糖翻炒均匀即可,不宜久炒,会影响口感
  • 8.如图,好吃,关火,上碟
