  • 1.排骨焯水,洗净。
  • 2.排骨煮熟。

  • 5.排骨煎炸至焦黄,备用。
  • 6.碗里放入生抽、老抽、糖、醋、盐、水淀粉、菠萝罐头汁,拌匀。
  • 7.爆香蒜末。
  • 8.放入排骨。
  • 9.放入菠萝罐头。
  • 10.倒入碗汁。
  • 11.炒制汤汁粘稠后放入熟芝麻。
