Steps to make 木瓜椰奶冻

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入锅内。
  • 3.往里加糖跟椰子粉。
  • 4.白糖量随意,不喜甜的可以不放,牛奶尽量不要煮沸,营养要损失掉的。
  • 5.小火微加热后关火。
  • 6.吉利片用冰水泡软。
  • 7.挤掉水份。
  • 8.倒入加了糖跟椰子粉的牛奶中。
  • 9.凉透后备用,不用开火的哦,吉利片一放进去就溶解了。
  • 10.木瓜从头部切开,约6-7公分。
  • 11.用长勺子把里面的籽都给挖出来。
  • 12.取一小点的碗,将木瓜放进去,能保持直立就可以了。
  • 13.将凉透后的牛奶倒入木瓜中。
  • 14.倒满。
  • 15.盖上切下的木瓜头。
  • 16.包上保鲜袋放冰箱。
  • 17.冷藏2小时以上,看里面的奶都凝固没有。
  • 18.凝固了就可以切片装盘了。
