  • 1.羊腿肉洗净沥干水分,切成薄片。
  • 2.调入盐,鸡精,酱油,玉米淀粉,黑椒粉,孜然粉和1勺食用油,用手抓匀。
  • 3.生姜切丝,蒜头切碎,葱白拍松,小米椒切小段。
  • 4.锅中加入食用油,大火烧热,放入葱姜蒜和小米椒煸出香味。
  • 5.倒入羊肉大火不停翻炒。
  • 6.炒至熟透,再撒少许孜然粉炒匀即可关火。
  • 7.出锅装盘,上桌享用吧。
  • 8.羊腿肉肉质嫩滑,这么烹饪出来的羊肉一点羊膻味都没有。
