  • 1.准备好原材料备用
  • 2.锅中倒入底油放入葱姜蒜爆香
  • 3.葱姜蒜入味后放入孜然在油中炸香,再放入一品鲜酱油、糖提鲜
  • 4.调料入味后放入羊肉,再适当加入一点点盐和水这样使羊肉更加入味口感也更佳好
  • 5.大火快速翻炒羊肉变色,将葱放入锅中一起翻炒均匀,(葱我喜欢多放一些,和羊肉一起炒味道特别好吃)这时要放入盐入味最后放味精提鲜即可
  • 6.炒好后盛入盘中用小红辣椒做装饰
