虫草花水鸭汤

Steps to make 虫草花水鸭汤

  • 1.材料备好。
  • 2.虫草花洗净泡发好待用(泡虫草花的水保留),红枣洗净,姜去皮切片备用。
  • 3.锅下水烧开,把水鸭放入焯水,过冷河待用。
  • 4.将水鸭、虫草花、红枣、姜片放入炖锅里,倒入泡虫草花的水,再加入适量的清水。
  • 5.盖上锅盖中火烧开后,调小火炖1个小时,然后加入适量的盐即可。
