    Steps to make 泰式银耳沙拉

    • 1.材料:银耳、大虾、香芹、香菜、洋葱、香葱沙拉调料:小红辣椒、蒜粒、鱼露、柠檬汁、砂糖
    • 2.银耳用水泡发后,洗净,去蒂撕小朵。
    • 3.洋葱切丝,香葱、香芹、香菜梗切段备用。
    • 4.红辣椒切小粒;蒜切碎粒;鲜虾去壳背部开刀取虾线备用。
    • 5.3勺鱼露、2-3点柠檬汁、1/2勺砂糖、蒜粒、辣椒碎混合调成沙拉汁。
    • 6.银耳、虾仁用水焯熟,浸入冰水,沥干待用。
    • 7.将所有材料用沙拉汁拌匀装盘即可。
