Steps to make 萝卜骨头汤

  • 1.准备好所有材料,白萝卜一根约400克,猪骨500克;干贝10克(干贝也叫瑶柱),生姜3克;
  • 2.猪骨洗干净,放入锅中煮沸,去腥,捞出滤干水待用;
  • 3.萝卜去皮切块,生姜切片,干贝浸泡洗干净;
  • 4.把所以食材骨头、萝卜、生姜、干贝、八角全部放入高压锅中,加入适量的清水;
  • 5.煲1个小时,放盐拌均,即可。
