  • 1.用料
  • 2.将蛋黄搅打到浓稠发白
  • 3.低筋粉和玉米淀粉混合筛入蛋黄中

  • 6.煮至沸腾
  • 7.一边搅拌一边慢慢将1/3牛奶倒入蛋黄中
  • 8.再倒回牛奶中,搅拌均匀
  • 9.取出香草荚,继续搅拌加热至沸腾
  • 10.面糊变浓稠,离火
  • 11.坐在冰水中,搅拌至完全冷却,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱至彻底凉透
  • 12.淡奶油搅打至可以保持花纹的状态
  • 13.倒入蛋乳泥,用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 14.完成
