Steps to make 手抓饼

  • 1.面粉和盐混合。
  • 2.先后放入2/3热水、1/3冷水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,盖盖饧发。
  • 4.锅中放油,放入葱段、花椒、八角、花椒、姜片,小火炸葱油。
  • 5.捞出葱段等食材,把葱油浇到面粉中,搅拌匀。
  • 6.饧发好的面团分成8份。
  • 7.取一份面团,揉匀擀成长方形。
  • 8.抹上油酥,用刀切成小条,两端不切断。
  • 9.像折扇子一样叠起。
  • 10.卷起。
  • 11.全部做好。
  • 12.擀成薄片。
  • 13.可以多做几张,用油纸或保鲜膜隔开,放冰箱里冷冻保存,随吃随取。
