仙草阁私房菜(佐酒小菜)--甜不辣萝卜条
冬天到了,忽然来了兴致想做点咸菜了,做点什么呢,从最简单的开始吧,于是,开动了,苗先生喜欢吃辣的,本小主喜欢吃甜滴,那么,都不能辜负,甜不辣白玉萝卜条吧~~~O(∩_∩)O

Steps to make 仙草阁私房菜(佐酒小菜)--甜不辣萝卜条

  • 1.白玉萝卜一根,削皮,洗净,备用,大约300-400g;
  • 2.萝卜切成5厘米长,1厘米宽的萝卜条放入容器;
  • 3.腌菜一般的情况下都用大盐,萝卜条里面放入大盐,把水分事先沙出水来;划红条的地方,是让亲们比较直观的看看萝卜用盐前后的对比;
  • 4.盖上盖子,中间可以掂一下萝卜,让盐均匀的入味,这个是1个小时以后的萝卜的状态,和上面的对比不是很明显,角度问题,但是实际上萝卜确实下去了好多;
  • 5.打算拍成蒜蓉,备用;
  • 6.苹果切条,备用;
  • 7.将苹果打成泥;
  • 8.放入蒜蓉一起搅拌均匀;
  • 9.萝卜淹2个小时后以后,把腌萝卜得水倒出去,均匀抹上辣椒酱;
  • 10.放入白糖;
  • 11.撒入葵瓜子,为了好看,白芝麻也可以;
  • 12.把调料均匀让萝卜入味,盖上盖子,放入冰箱,24-48小时即可食用;
