  • 5.拌匀,腌制几小时。
  • 6.取辣椒。
  • 7.切条
  • 8.大蒜和子姜改刀,跟辣椒放一起。
  • 9.取生抽。
  • 10.放锅里煮开,放凉。
  • 11.生抽凉透,放白糖。
  • 12.放白酒。
  • 13.放鸡精。
  • 14.放大蒜等,搅拌均匀。
  • 15.腌过得黄瓜条放蒸笼里。
  • 16.全部放上。
  • 17.用重物压出水分。
  • 18.放大蒜里。
  • 19.拌匀。
  • 20.热锅冷油,取辣椒和干辣椒。
  • 21.油热放花椒等。
  • 22.辣椒变色关火,放椒盐粉。
  • 23.把拌匀的黄瓜条放椒盐油锅中,拌匀。
  • 24.成品。
