Steps to make 炖鱼贴饼

  • 1.玉米粉和面粉混合,加适量的水调成面团,分成小剂子擀成椭圆形的小饼待用。
  • 2.江鲫鱼宰杀治净,把铁锅烧热,淋入菜籽油,把鱼身两面略煎。
  • 3.加入葱姜片和干椒节煸香,再加入两三勺水,再加入料酒,生抽【喜欢上色就用老抽】,辣椒酱,盐,鸡精,糖和胡椒粉调味。
  • 4.把豆腐切成小块放入,做好的玉米棒贴在周围,盖上锅盖,中小火慢炖10分钟左右。
  • 5.打开锅盖,视汤汁的多少,略收一下汁即可。玉米面饼一半香脆,一半柔软入味,很好吃。
