Steps to make 菠菜蛋丝鲜肉汤圆

  • 1.备好所用的食材。
  • 2.锅里加入清水,煮开后加入汤圆,煮至汤圆浮起,连同汤一起装碗备用。
  • 3.另起锅,加入适量色拉油,再将鸡蛋打散,加至在锅里,煎成蛋皮备用。
  • 4.另将菠菜洗净改刀,下至在煮汤圆的锅里,烫至断生即可。
  • 5.再将煎好的蛋丝及烫好的菠菜加至在汤锅里,再按个人口感添加适量细盐即可。
