  • 1.将青椒清洗干净。
  • 2.斜刀切成马蹄形。

  • 5.待五花肉炒出油脂,放一勺豆瓣酱。
  • 6.将豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 7.放入青椒同炒。
  • 8.将青椒炒至断生,放适量盐、少量生抽。
  • 9.放鸡精提鲜。
  • 10.淋少许陈醋,翻炒均匀即可。
  • 11.装盘。
  • 12.成品。香辣味浓。
