佛手南瓜包
佛手包 属于花色包子的一种,因外形特像佛手而得名。制作方法很简单,深的小孩子的喜欢。

Steps to make 佛手南瓜包

  • 1.面团用温水活成软硬合适的面团,盖上湿巾一旁醒发60分钟。
  • 2.南瓜蒸熟捣成泥后,加入面粉和少许玉米粉活成面团醒发。
  • 3.白面团分成30k的小面团,揉搓醒发。南瓜面团分成20k的小面团。
  • 4.包入南瓜面团,再错成鸭蛋形状
  • 5.用刀背压一下,
  • 6.压扁的部分用刀切,完了整形
  • 7.再次醒发20分钟就可以上蒸笼了。蒸制20分钟,关火,停5分钟在开盖。
  • 8.蒸熟了的佛手南瓜包额。
  • 9.是不是很像佛手额。
