掌握三个技巧绝对零失败----【花蛤炖蛋】

花蛤炖蛋,一个超级简单,又鲜美营养的菜菜。

Steps to make 掌握三个技巧绝对零失败----【花蛤炖蛋】

  • 1.准备好鸡蛋、花蛤、葱、姜。
  • 2.过中加入适量水,加2片拍碎的生姜和一个葱结一起烧开,水开后洗入吐尽泥沙,并且洗净的花蛤。
  • 3.煮至花蛤开口立即关火,把花蛤捞出洗净,稍微控水。(因为煮开后锅里会有一些泡泡,所以要把花蛤捞出来洗干净)
  • 4.把花蛤排入用来蒸蛋的盘中。
  • 5.鸡蛋磕入碗中用筷子搅打均匀,另准备1.5倍的温开水,加入1/4茶勺的盐拌匀至溶解,然后加入蛋液里拌匀。
  • 6.用滤勺过滤至另外一个碗中。(这是第一遍过滤)
  • 7.在把过滤了一遍的蛋液过滤至蒸蛋的盘中。(这是第二遍过滤)
  • 8.过滤好的蛋液差不多和花蛤刚刚平。这样比较美观。
  • 9.锅里加入适量水,把盘字盖上保鲜膜,放在蒸架上。
  • 10.大火烧开后转中火蒸4分钟左右即可,出锅淋上味汁,撒上葱花,更美味。
  • 11.刚才那一盘我用了一半的花蛤,另外一半我用这个碗蒸了,俩宝一人一碗。
  • 12.蒸好以后的样子。
