Steps to make 泡姜炒豆角

  • 1.长豆角 。
  • 2.择成段,清洗干净 。
  • 3.准备泡姜。(教程在前几篇菜谱)
  • 4.泡姜切丝、泡椒切成圈。
  • 5.起锅热油 ,泡姜泡椒入锅炒出香气。
  • 6.再倒入豆角 。
  • 7.翻炒两分钟 ,加少量的盐炒至变色,泡姜已经有咸味了, 不宜放太多盐。
  • 8.加入适量的清水,焖2~3分钟 。
  • 9.时间到,水分已快收干,关火出锅。
  • 10.成品。脆脆的,非常开胃爽口 。
