香烤法式羊排
前两天收到小尾羊的法式羊排,用少许盐和黑胡椒腌制入味,再佐以香煎一会后入烤箱烤制,搭配简单的土豆垫底,吸收了羊肉汁,羊排香而不膻,肉质嫩,简单做法爱上烤羊排。

Steps to make 香烤法式羊排

  • 1.收到的法式羊排,新鲜不需解冻。
  • 2.均匀的在羊排上撒适量盐和黑胡椒碎腌15分钟左右。
  • 3.土豆、胡萝卜削皮切片,小洋葱对半切开备用。
  • 4.热锅倒少许橄榄油,把腌好的羊排入锅中煎一下,两面颜色稍微变色即可夹出。
  • 5.再把准备的配料倒入,翻炒几下。
  • 6.烤盘内铺上锡纸,土豆片和胡萝卜垫底,羊排依次放入烤盘内,面上再撒些黑胡椒碎和炒过的洋葱。
  • 7.烤箱提前预热5分钟,230度15分钟转200度15分钟即可。
