Steps to make 自制沙拉酱

  • 1.备好原材料,最好是把醋和油先称量好需要的量,这样更好掌握。把蛋黄取出来放碗里
  • 2.蛋黄加白糖搅拌均匀,
  • 3.充分搅拌到有些起发的样子,加入一小勺的油,油的量不能加太多,一次最好不超过5克,尤其是刚开始,一次加多了容易油蛋分离。这一点很关键,是制作成功与否的关键点。
  • 4.搅拌器搅拌到蛋黄液浓稠继续搅拌
  • 5.蛋黄浓稠要成团的样子,
  • 6.加入一小勺的白醋,继续搅拌
  • 7.原来浓稠的蛋黄液就变得稀了,而且颜色也开始发白了,搅拌到顺滑.再加一勺油继续搅拌至浓稠到成团,后来就可以适当的一次多加一点油了,而且可以加几次油之后,直到非常浓稠时再加醋,加白醋搅拌至顺滑变稀,就这样反复重复加醋和加油的过程,直到油和醋都加完。
  • 8.最后加适量的盐调味,盐的量按自己喜欢,可以尝尝
  • 9.加盐后继续搅拌,最后就得了健康放心的沙拉酱了。无论是涂面包还是拌沙拉,放心的用吧。
