  • 1.鱼头是很大的,我只用了半个来做这个砂锅煲,先用料酒把鱼头抓一下,去掉土腥气味。

  • 3.把鱼头也一起放入,调料往边上推一下,把鱼头稍煎,烹入一勺料酒。
  • 4.倒入生抽和老抽烹一下,然后加入适量的清水。
  • 5.然后加入一勺红糖,调味,加红糖和加白糖炖出的鱼味道不同,你可以试试。
  • 6.然后倒入砂锅中,慢慢的炖大约15分钟,加盐调味,继续炖制到鱼的汤汁浓郁。
  • 7.加入青蒜苗和甜红椒调色,关火即可直接端上桌。
