  • 1.小笨鸡半只洗净剁成小块
  • 2.干野生榛蘑用温水泡发,洗净
  • 3.葱切段,姜切片,大蒜怕碎备用
  • 4.锅内放水烧开后放入鸡块焯水至变色
  • 5.锅内放油,倒入鸡块炒成金黄色,放入葱姜蒜,大料,加适量精盐、料酒,白糖,老抽
  • 6.加清水没过鸡块,大火烧开,然后小火炖30分钟
  • 7.放入野生榛蘑,小火炖15分钟
  • 8.大火收汁儿即成,放即可香菜叶点缀。
