花生汤圆
元宵节,吃汤圆啰,和小朋友一起做亲子汤圆吧,最传统的花生汤圆,人人爱吃。煮的时候添加生姜。红枣,吃的时候加蜂蜜,简单好吃,不失传统,又比传统增加口感。

  • 生姜5克
  • 枣片2克
  • 蜂蜜10克

Steps to make 花生汤圆

  • 1.准备好汤圆皮食材水磨糯米粉、白砂糖(100克,30克留着等会煮汤圆用)、水;PS:糯米粉建议用水磨糯米粉。
  • 2.100克白砂糖加160克清水煮沸;PS:煮的过程总拌均一下使得白糖充分溶解。
  • 3.糯米粉中间划一个洞,把煮沸的糖水倒入;
  • 4.揉成光滑米团;
  • 5.再揉成长长的米团,分成10克一个小团,擀薄;
  • 6.包入花生酱,收口,搓圆;
  • 7.30克白砂糖、生姜丝、枣片,放入清水中,煮沸,再小火熬二分钟,使得生姜味、枣味全出来;
  • 8.放入做好的花生汤圆,大火煮沸,改为小火煮,等汤圆全部浮起,汤圆即熟。
  • 9.吃的时候加入蜂蜜,拌均既可以。PS:蜂蜜不时候放锅煮,温度太高失去蜂蜜营养。
