腊味煲仔饭
朋友从三藩市买回来的腊肠,做个煲仔饭吃。

  • 煲仔饭酱油4大匙

Steps to make 腊味煲仔饭

  • 1.泰国香米洗净,放入砂锅里,倒入4.5杯水,中火煮。(米:水的比例是1:1.5。)。
  • 2.腊肠腊肉切片。
  • 3.葱切葱花。
  • 4.米煮到水快干时,放入腊肠腊肉小火煮。
  • 5.饭煮好后,想吃香脆的锅巴,就沿锅边淋入食用油。
  • 6.转最小火沿锅边烧,产生锅巴。(不想吃锅巴可省去这一步。)
  • 7.把青菜烫熟。(用了冬瓜嫩芽。)
  • 8.最后撒上葱花焖2分钟,使葱出香味。
  • 9.放上青菜装饰一下。
  • 10.香喷喷的腊味煲仔饭。
  • 11.淋上酱油拌匀,就可开吃了。
  • 12.香脆的锅巴。
