香辣凉拌牛肉

Steps to make 香辣凉拌牛肉

  • 1.牛肉切成薄薄的大片。
  • 2.用盐、料酒、淀粉、油,抓拌均匀。
  • 3.配菜有:黄瓜、香菜、炒花生。
  • 4.黄瓜套上保鲜袋拍扁,取出切成块,放入碗内备用。
  • 5.准备凉拌汁:1.碗内放入蒜末、辣椒粉、辣椒圈、小洋葱;2.炝入热油。3.加入酱油、陈醋、蚝油、糖、香油、鸡精,拌匀备用。
  • 6.锅中水烧开,下牛肉片,定型后用锅铲轻轻推动 ,煮至完全变色捞出。
  • 7.捞出的牛肉放入黄瓜表面,摊开晾凉。
  • 8.放入一把香菜,倒入凉拌汁,拌匀。
  • 9.最后撒上花生米即可。
  • 10.成品。美味的开胃菜,全家都爱吃。
