  • 2.切片,用生粉料酒盐腌20分钟。
  • 3.香芹切段沥水。
  • 4.干豆腐皮切丝焯水。
  • 5.炒锅加油烧热,爆香姜丝蒜米,加入腌好的猪舌片炒,然后加几滴米酒,炒3分钟加干豆腐丝炒,最后加香芹炒好加香麻油出锅。
