十一回老家尝到了嫂子从北京带来的麻酱火烧,回家后念念不忘那个味道,终于忍不住自己动手做了一次,麻酱的香加上红糖的甜,饼皮的酥脆,味道真不错,吃一个满口留香,不愧是老北京的名小吃啊

  • 1.红糖加香油化开
  • 2.加入麻酱使劲搅匀
  • 3.温水加酵母和面,和的软一些,醒五分钟
  • 4.把面团擀平,摊开,抹上麻酱糊
  • 5.边抻边卷
  • 6.分成均等的小剂子,收口朝下,按成饼状
  • 7.在饼皮上抹一层生抽,粘上白芝麻
  • 8.都做好后,放在烤盘里,180度,20分钟左右
  • 9.成品
