蒜蓉烤虾

Steps to make 蒜蓉烤虾

  • 1.将海虾去除背部的虾线、头部的虾包,剪去虾须,
  • 2.将处理好的海虾从背部用刀片开,
  • 3.片开后的样子,
  • 4.海虾全部片好后,用盐和料酒,抓匀,腌10分钟,
  • 5.葱、姜、蒜和青椒分别切末,然后加入少许盐和油拌匀,
  • 6.将海虾码入不粘烤盘,
  • 7.片开的海虾背部撒上调好的佐料,
  • 8.入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,200度烤10分钟,
  • 9.烤好,装盘即可。
