Steps to make 银耳雪梨羹

  • 1.银耳用清水泡发2小时左右。
  • 2.雪梨去皮切块。
  • 3.将银耳撕小朵,放入砂锅。
  • 4.雪梨块也一起放进去。
  • 5.加适量清水,一般水和原料的比例2:1。
  • 6.大火煮开后小火慢炖1小时至银耳粘稠,时间自己掌握,我这个银耳没被化学处理过,1小时已炖得很粘稠。
  • 7.银耳汤粘稠后放入冰糖。
  • 8.同时放入枸杞,继续小火炖3-5分钟,至冰糖融化。
  • 9.粘稠的银耳雪梨羹就熬好了,喝一碗可以润燥养颜。
