麻辣蒜香拌芦笋
在西方,芦笋被誉为“十大名菜之一”,也正因为芦笋肉质洁白细嫩,口味香郁,清鲜爽口,在欧美国家的高级宴会上,它可是道常出镜的家常菜。
芦笋性味甘寒,有清热、利尿功效。因此在炎日的夏季,食用芦笋是人们不错的选择。此外,绿芦笋的尖端含有丰富的维他命A,对明目也十分有好处。 现代研究表明,芦笋含有丰富的黄酮类物质,具有抗氧化的作用,经常食用对防衰老有较好效果,同时还有抗肿瘤的作用。  
以前我家吧不是很爱吃芦笋,一口吃下去除了稍有点微苦外没有啥味道,更不易入味;但现在人们现在都很注重养生吧,也爱吃养生菜,所以即使不爱吃也会时常买一把回来。哎:要说也是奇怪了,大概吃多也习惯了,不知不觉地爱上它了;白灼、凉拌或是清炒芦笋是常客,偶尔也会来点重口味。
而那天做芦笋时,恰巧家里平时拌菜的香醋用完了,正思寻着是否下楼去买?哎:突然想起来,前不久刚收到的清香米醋和柠檬沙拉汁还没开过封,何不试试它们的味道呢?加上平时也很喜欢吃辣味的,为了更入味好吃,又放了些蒜沫和麻辣豆豉酱;拍完照片后赶紧给LG尝尝,然后过后对我说:“今天的芦笋很特别,你放的什么神奇调料?酸辣酱香中带少许淡淡甜口,再加上蒜沫的味道,感觉很棒了---

  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 红油1汤匙
  • 麻辣豆豉2汤匙
  • 清香米醋3汤匙
  • 柠檬沙拉汁3汤匙

Steps to make 麻辣蒜香拌芦笋

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.新鲜芦笋摘去根头
  • 3.与胡萝卜洗净备用
  • 4.锅中烧开水加入食盐、食用油后放入芦笋
  • 5.焯至变色后拣至凉水中再捞出沥干
  • 6.胡萝卜片放至锅中焯烫后捞出备用
  • 7.小碗中调入米醋、麻辣豆豉和柠檬沙拉汁
  • 8.将芦笋、胡萝卜放至餐盘中,调入蒜沫和麻辣醋汁
  • 9.另起锅油加热迅速淋在芦笋上,听到吱吱响声 蒜味四溢
  • 10.美味上桌了
