以前做了好几次,总是做不好,这次是终于做好了,不容易啊。

Steps to make 手抓饼

  • 1.碗里放3勺白面,锅烧热,倒 入豆油烧开
  • 2.油烧开后,迅速倒入碗中的白面里,搅拌一下,油酥就做好了
  • 3.葱剁成末末
  • 4.用开水倒入面粉中,加2勺食用油用筷子搅拌成雪花的样子,然后悄凉后和成光滑的面,放置半小时
  • 5.再揉面团,分成6个小球球
  • 6.把分好的小球球擀成薄饼
  • 7.然后把事先做好的油酥抹上(一勺就行,自己看着抹,总之都要抹均匀)葱末撒上,芝麻撒上
  • 8.像叠风琴一样叠好,然后卷成小球
  • 9.6个小球依次都这样的做好,放在盆里,再放置2小时,放置时间越长越好
  • 10.放置2小时后,把小球擀成饼就好了,不要太厚也不要太薄
  • 11.锅中倒2勺油,烧热,把饼放里,煎至两成呈金黄色,用铲子和筷子轻轻夹一下,就会散开的
  • 12.还有葱香呢
  • 13.还做了酸辣汤,一起吃,很不错的
