金华酥饼
金华酥饼历史悠久,有趣的是首创者竟是“混世魔王”程咬金。话说传统的金华酥饼都是用一只大木桶烤制出来的,今天我试试用烤箱来制作,出来的成品蛮不错的~

Steps to make 金华酥饼

  • 1.将225克中筋粉,90克猪油,糖粉30,水63克揉成水油皮面团
  • 2.将揉好的面团分成20克一个的小剂子
  • 3.将小剂子擀成牛舌状
  • 4.上面刷上玉米油
  • 5.向一头卷起
  • 6.再擀开
  • 7.上面刷上玉米油
  • 8.卷成小卷
  • 9.小剂子盖上布静置20分钟,准备里面的馅料
  • 10.肉切丁绞成肉馅
  • 11.准备梅干菜
  • 12.将梅干菜放入肉馅里,加点盐
  • 13.再搅打一下
  • 14.拿一个小剂子擀开
  • 15.里面包入馅料
  • 16.包的像包子一样
  • 17.放入烤盘,中间拉两刀,撒上芝麻
  • 18.放入烤箱180度20分钟,再加220度5分钟上色。
  • 19.出炉啦~
