  • 1.准备好的用料
  • 2.鸭血,油豆腐切块,香菜洗净切成段,鸭肝切片。
  • 3.泡好的粉丝加入史云生的高汤
  • 4.油豆腐烧开。
  • 5.切好鸭血进开水锅里面加料酒,盐焯烫一遍。
  • 6.捞出再放进粉丝汤里面一起烧开。
  • 7.烧开后加入切好的鸭肝,香菜
  • 8.滴上点麻油就可以。
