Steps to make Old Chef Cabbage
- 1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly
- 2. Take only the leaf parts and tear them into large pieces
- 3. Soak black fungus in cold water for hair growth
- 4. After removing the clit and washing it, tear it into large pieces
- 5. Wash the powdered skin and blanch it with hot water until smooth and soft, then remove it
- 6. Soak in cold water
- 7. Cut scallions into small pieces and ginger into thin shreds
- 8. Cut red chili peppers into small circles and cilantro into sections
- 9. Sliced pork belly
- 10. Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and vinegar into a sauce for later use
- 11. Heat the wok with oil and add star anise. Stir fry the pork belly until fragrant
- 12. Stir fry scallions, ginger, and chili peppers again
- 13. Pour in cabbage and stir fry until soft and tender
- 14. Pour in seasoning juice
