抹茶闪电泡芙美味可口~

Steps to make 抹茶闪电泡芙

  • 1.把黄油,牛奶,水,盐,白糖倒入锅内。
  • 2.低筋面粉两次过筛。
  • 3.把锅里的用小火加热至沸腾,沸腾约40秒后离火。
  • 4.往锅里倒入过筛的低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.继续用小火加热,一边加热一边搅拌,使面团表面光滑,不再粘锅时关火。
  • 6.离火后冷却片刻,分量多次加入鸡蛋液。每次加入时,使面团把鸡蛋液全部吸收掉。
  • 7.当面糊有光泽,刮起后面糊缓慢下落就可以了。
  • 8.把面糊装入裱花袋里,挤出约12cm的长条。再撒上糖粉。
  • 9.烤箱预热190度,烤15分钟。烤箱温度调到180度,烤20分钟。最后调到170度,烤10分钟。中途不要打开烤箱。
  • 10.打发淡奶油,制作奶油酱。在闪电泡芙底部截一个口,把奶油挤入泡芙内。
  • 11.最后用抹茶巧克力酱和树莓装饰表面。
