蛋糕火龙果班戟
本来是做了一款天使蛋糕,在制作、烘烤的过程中都很顺利,结果取的时候把蓬松的蛋糕压成了扁扁的一块儿/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~算了,把它包到做好的班戟里吧,双重口感~

  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶125ml
  • 淡奶油50ml
  • 蛋糕1小块
  • 火龙果半个
  • 糖粉5g

Steps to make 蛋糕火龙果班戟

  • 1.低粉筛入碗中,加入白砂糖。
  • 2.搅拌均匀后,打入鸡蛋、倒入牛奶。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后的面糊过筛。
  • 4.放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 5.这个时候打发淡奶油。淡奶油倒入碗中。
  • 6.低速打至有大泡产生后,加入糖粉,高速打发至裱花状态。奶油备用。
  • 7.平底锅预热,刷一层油后,倒入面糊。
  • 8.面糊凝固后就可取出。放入淡奶油,摆放蛋糕和火龙果丁。
  • 9.包好班戟。
  • 10.放入盘中,再摆点儿自己喜欢的水果。
  • 11.O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
  • 12.开吃啦~
